How our pet policy works

• Up to two pets per home are welcome.
• All pets are screened through PetScreening.com — a quick online profile for your pet.
• Assistance animals are also handled through PetScreening, in line with fair-housing guidelines.
• A non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent apply; current amounts are confirmed at application.
• Breed and other restrictions may apply and are confirmed during screening.
