Thank you for your interest in 476 Taylor Apartments. Please review our rental criteria below before applying. Applications are completed per home through our listings — choose an available apartment to begin.
476 Taylor Apartments is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. We evaluate all applicants consistently and in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Criteria are subject to change.
Income
- Gross monthly income must be at least 2.5× the monthly rent.
Credit
- A minimum credit score of 600 is required.
Employment & Rental History
- At least 1 year of verifiable employment or rental history.
Rental Background
- Applicants who have ever had an eviction filed will not qualify.
- Outstanding balances owed to current or former landlords will result in denial.
Background Screening
Applications may be denied based on criminal background, including:
- Any drug-related conviction, including marijuana;
- Any conviction for violent crimes (e.g., assault, domestic violence, robbery, murder, kidnapping);
- Any conviction requiring lifetime or other sex-offender registration;
- Any felony conviction, regardless of the nature or timeframe.
Application Fee
- A non-refundable application fee of $50 per applicant is required.
Deposit & Holding
- A deposit is required to hold a home, accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A home is held for up to 2 weeks after the deposit is received.
- The holding deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, withdraw, or change your mind after placing a deposit, the deposit is forfeited.
- The security deposit is typically about one month's rent.
- Prefer not to pay a cash deposit? We offer Obligo, a deposit-free option.
- Applicants with a credit score of 700+ may qualify for a reduced $700 deposit.
Pets
- Up to 2 pets per home. All pets and assistance animals are screened through PetScreening.com.
- A non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent apply; current amounts are confirmed at application.
Lease Terms
- Leases run from 12 to 18 months. Short-term leases are not offered.
Processing
- Completed applications are typically processed within up to 3 business days.
Payments
- Rent and fees are paid online through the resident portal. A range of payment methods is accepted; available options may vary.
