Everything incoming residents ask us.
When do I need to move in?
Most residency programs start July 1. Sign your lease now and schedule move-in for late June or July 1. We’ll hold your unit â no need to rush.
Can I tour from out of state?
Yes â we do FaceTime and video tours for residents who haven’t relocated yet. Most of our Match Day residents sign after a virtual tour. Just text or call us to schedule.
Can I split a 2BR with another resident?
Absolutely. Our 2BR/2BA units are popular with co-residents â each bedroom has its own private bathroom. At $898/person, it’s the best deal near the hospital.
What lease terms are available?
12-month and 15-month leases. Most residents go with 12 months to align with their program year. We’re flexible â just ask.
What’s included in rent?
Every unit has in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, and brand new modern finishes. Utilities (electric, water, internet) are tenant-paid so you control your costs.
Is the building pet-friendly?
Yes â dogs and cats are welcome. Because residency is better with a pet.
How do I claim the Match Day special?
Just mention “Match Day” when you apply. Your application fee is refunded at move-in, and the $500 credit is applied to your first month. Valid through May 31, 2026.
How close is the hospital, really?
OSU Outpatient Care East (543 Taylor Ave) is literally across the street. OSU Wexner East Hospital (181 Taylor Ave) is down the same street. You can walk to both. Main campus is about 10 minutes via I-70.
